Overview of Planning and Human resources Division
The Planning and Human resources Division was established to strategically promote measures for the development and utilization of the business management and human resources, as well as to make appropriate personnel appointments, maintain a working environment that emphasizes health and safety, and conduct labor management.
The Planning section provides the following services.
・Coordination of mid- to long-term plans and project plans of JASRI, preparation of project plans and business reports, services concerning planning and budgeting for research and development, contracts concerning the overall management of JASRI, and cooperation and partnership with domestic and international research institutes.
Personnel section
The Personnel section is responsible for the appointment, dismissal, evaluation, and hiring of staff, as well as salaries and benefits.
