This division provides administrative and clerical support to users and those interested in using SPring-8/SACLA.
SPring-8/SACLA Users Office
SPring-8/SACLA Users Office provides the following services
- Services related to SPring-8/SACLA utilization systems
- Call for and selection, application, and evaluation of research proposals for public beamlines
- Call for and selection, establishment, and evaluation of proposals for the establishment of contract beamlines
- Registration (user registration) and acceptance of facility users
- Management and provision of information about the use of facilities

Information and Outreach Section
The Information and Outreach Section provides the following services
- Publication of information on the use of facilities
- Management of research achievements, intellectual property rights, and research libraries
- Operation of user support system (Web application system, etc.)
- Activities to increase public awareness of synchrotron radiation science and its achievements Reception of visitors (researchers) and public relations
- Public awareness events and website maintenance
- Creation and management of public awareness materials
