Information security policies

As the research institute that carries out research and development in the field of quantum beam science and that manages, operates, and promotes the use of the synchrotron radiation facility, JASRI must ensure the convenience of its information system as it is essential to improve the efficiency of user support services and research and development, to disseminate the research results achieved at those facilities, and to promote industry-academia collaboration. At the same time, JASRI must ensure information security in order to safeguard the security of the people and to gain their trust.

For this purpose, JASRI has established the information security policies and is making the utmost effort to ensure information security, which is essential for protecting JASRI’s information asset from every threat. JASRI staff members, users, and visitors who may handle information systems in JASRI are expected to comply with the following information security policies.
