Overview of General Administration Division
The General Administration Division was established to oversee the general coordination of research support provided by JASRI, document management, personnel management, accounting, and contracting.
The General Administration Division is composed of the following sections.
General Affairs and Personnel Section
This section is in charge of the general coordination of research support provided by JASRI, the organization of board meetings and council meetings, the audits and investigations concerning research funds, the management of the official seal, the acceptance inspection of delivered goods, the appointment, dismissal, evaluation, and employment of staff members, and the administration of salary and benefits for staff members.

Accounting and Contract Section
This section is in charge of asset management, the acceptance of donations, budget and account settlements, cash management, contracts for goods purchase, services, and temporary labor, and the acceptance, inspection, and management of delivered goods.

Research Coordination Section
